I have never written a review on any site but felt compelled to do so. I originally tried on these pants in a small boutique store in Hawaii and fell in love with the fit and details. There was one last pair in my size and I tried them on. They felt great but, when taking them off, I saw several vertical tears in the upper inner thigh area. The store owner was surprised and immediately removed them from the rack. I really wanted them and found them for far less money on Amazon. So I bought them. After wearing them 2 times I saw 2 vertical tears in the butt! I was devastated! These are really cute, but not worth the money. When I ready the prior review I wanted others to know that there is something wrong with these pants.

Love it! Perfect fit! Got the size 24. I have small hips and I'm 5'3", 115 lbs.

Sanctuary I love your clothes. I fell in love At first sight with your pants. The fit. The details (zippers and an awesome red thread at waist). How good my figure looks.Then like any love at first sight you showed your true colors! The rips began to appear the third time I wore them. I thought it was my fault and loved you so much that I bought another pair!Little did my love last after these pants betrayed me again.I returned these pants today and have no regrets about letting them go... At $140 they are too expensive to be more disposable than forever21 jeans.

Mine ripped too. Twice in the exact same spot!! I wore them about 3 times and they ripped in the butt, not along the seam, but in the same way that everybody else described. I returned them to the store and they replaced them. This time at least I wore them for about 4 or 5 months before they ripped in the exact same spot!! The obvioulsy have a design flaw with the material. They are not too tight, if anything they stretched out too much after I bought them, they are quite baggy. I love the style but they were a huge waste of money because they are not cheap.

During the first wear there were vertical tears in the butt. There is definitely a design flaw...But these pants are cool, so I took them to the tailor and had them repaired. The second time I wore them, three tears randomly showed up on the leg--not on the seam, but on the cloth, running along the bias.

Mine ripped too. I've never split pants before and they weren't worn a lot. I paid $229cad for mine. I would consider a repurchase for 74!
