Quick customer service
My husband and I were missing parts to build our kids' bunk bed and the customer service from this company is amazing. They used FedEx to ship us the missing parts. The bunk bed is complete. Our kids love it! I recommend this product to any person with 2 kids!

Bad quality
The ladder had scraped off the wood because of the metal handle on the ladder. Have to buy a new set in less in a year.
