Got the runs but it's good
I took 200 mg at once last night and underestimated how powerful 5htp is. It helped me sleep when I was not on the toilet, half the night, with the runs. I read one of the side effects is diarrhea. I will cut my dose to 100 mg and hopefully that will not cause the runs while aiding with my sleep because I really liked how well I slept.
