Ideal for work having dual sim. Price is great . Upgraded from the A12 . Seems as though battery don't last as long though. All in all a good phone does what I need at an affordable price

Lovely phone. Was quite easy to set up even though it was in Chinese. After that I find it a great phone. Nice size although I do have problems typing on it but that's just me not being very good.

Very easy to set up. The quality was very good and so was the value for money. The size is average and fits in my hands very well. Also came with a charger lead which is good.

Good phone, delivered next day. I purchased this phone for my wife after she dropped her old one in the loo 😂 She's very happy with it so far (24 hrs).

Phone was dispatched quickly and arrived on time. When I turned the phone on, it had been set up in Chinese. Couldn’t change the phone language to UK English. Tried to reset the phone but it was still in Chinese. Also had Netflix installed. Honestly it looked like someone had set it up as it didn’t go through the normal Samsung set up steps. Also when looking at the box, there was a new security sticker placed over the original which leads me to believe someone else had it before me. Have initiated a return and expect a full refund.
