Great spot cleaner, gets rid of the mess my dogs make with no issues. Suction good so the area cleaned dries quickly. Was put off by some of the “leaking” issues reported before purchasing but have found that if you assemble the water compartment correctly and don’t overfill there are no leaks. Have had Beldray products over many years and found they are off good quality and reasonable value for money, happy with my purchase.

Absolutely useless. Leaked fluid everywhere all over unit and my upholstery and even the suction was rubbish. I presume I had a faulty product. Returned for a refund.

A simple light and compact spot cleaner easy to use

Well made spot remover, useful as we have two new puppies, as long as you ensure the water area is regularly emptied and the level stays below the line, it won't leak.

Once you work out how to use it and what you actually need it for it's okay. You're not going to be cleaning much more than a square metre at best. Just little bits like a spilled glass of wine or something. However. Ours is just about 6 months old and won't charge any more - we've used it about once or twice a month. Charging transformer is still outputting 9v so the battery seems to have given up, and it doesn't appear to be easily removable. The main problem appears to be that some fluid on the way out of the carpet bypasses the 'fluid chamber' and leaks down the machine, eventually causing an issue with the battery. If you're careful with how much cleaning fluid you put in you might be able to avoid this. Just emailed Beldray customer service and I'm hoping for a replacement. EDIT on 22nd November 2024; Several emails have passed between myself and the supplier, Ultimate Products. I had to send the faulty product back to them, and after some miscommunication with another person returning a different item they have finally agreed on refund rather than replacement. They are allegedly trying to give me a refund but it's going very slowly indeed. 28th November 2024, refund finally achieved via PayPal.

So easy to use and effective. Great value.

I wanted this to deal with the pee accidents of a sick dog. This is a very small machine and literally only suitable for spot cleaning. Although easy to fill and empty, the clean water reservoir is tiny and only a fraction of the water sprayed gets sucked up. I found I had to push hard into the carpet to get anything sucked up which made it un uncomfortable to use. To be fair, after several refills and much elbow grease it did remove the dog pee and left no detectable smell of urine. I have now ordered a bigger machine and put this one in the charity box
