adds well to all your canned veggies

I live with my family because I’m handicapped and so they fix whatever they’re gonna fix for the entire family and that’s what I get to eat. They’re very good cooks, but they aren’t much for vegetables. So these capsules are really great. I’m on blood thinners, and when I first started taking the capsules it through my blood thinners way. I’m supposed to be between two and three for my INR and I was at 1.6 for several weeks. I didn’t think about that that might be the cause until I remembered to tell the pharmacist who tells me how to take my Coumadin. As soon as I thought to tell her, she thought that might be it. So she changed my Coumadin schedule. I’m going today to get my INR checked in will see if they changing my Coumadin amount took care of it. But the interesting thing is that she said because I don’t get vegetables that I should keep taking these capsules and so I will. The only thing bad about them is the smell and the taste. I know it’s in a capsule but believe me it’s still terrible. But like I said, I will continue to take them because I need vegetables for my health.

It has a nice smell, and will compensate for days when I do not get enough produce.
