after a three week shipping mishap i was issues a credit and a week late this was delivered. I feel so guilty for complaining after smelling this, I immediately purchased another one. This is an AMAZING Lost Cherry dupe and a FANTASTIC price

So first off, I would just like to begin by saying that this perfume will probably last different amounts of time on different people because everyone has a different pH level in terms of my skin. It does not last very long not even 10 minutes on me if I do want it to last on my clothes, though I have to spray a lot. I’ve been using this perfume for about 2-3 days now; Right off the bat when you do spray it does come off really strong kinda smells like alcohol mixed with cherry cough syrup, but it does dry down really nicely and it turns into like a soft sweet cherry afterwards. I do recommend pairing this perfume with another perfume. If you do want it to last longer also a body oil would work as well if you want to lock in the scent for a little bit longer, especially after the dry down or a lotion would work as well. These are just some ways that I found to lock in the scent a bit better For me. Personally, I bought a vanilla mask off of eBay and the two mix very nicely together for me, but that’s just my taste. This might not work for everybody because the vanilla musk is a bit kind of an old lady smelling perfume. Some might say that and since this is kind of a really strong liquor like alcohol noted, perfume those to go nicely together I’m not sure how to explain the scent. You can’t really explain the scent to somebody unless they smell it because it’s going to smell differently to everybody who smells it. But at the same time, it depends on what batch you get as well because that times some of us that purchased this for perfume do get a bad batch out of the stock and that is not exactly the manufacturers fault nor is our fault so let’s just keep that in mind as well this is just an experience that we get out of it. This is a very strong, cherry focused perfume though I’m not really getting much else like 90% of this is just straight cherry first it starts off with like a bitter liquor cherry, but then it dries down into a sweet cherry. There are some woodsy undertones to this perfume, but not much you do have to wait for it to dry down to actually smell them. They are very faint though so if you are a man and you’re looking at this perfume for a unisex purpose, I do not recommend this dupe for you because it does dry down a little sweet unless you are looking for something on the sweeter side but then again like I said I might have just gotten a bad batch and yours might smell completely different from mine so at the same time you’re more than welcome to go ahead and purchase this perfume. The spray bottle arrived in great condition. Nothing was broken for the price. The size is a relatively good. I will warn you though if you spray a little too much around yourself or if you spray too close to your face or nose area, you will start choking a little bit because the alcohol smell is so strong here that it feels like you’re inhaling stray, alcohol or cough syrup or something like that it’s made me cough quite a few times, so you have to spray it at a length or just spray it a few times on your pulse points, but like I said this perfume will last different amount of time on different people do different pH levels of the skin just it’s not working out for me very well. I do like the sun after the dry down it’s just it comes out a little way too strong to begin with the liquor smell. The alcohol smell is just not my thing. When you first opened the bottle and you smell the perfume as in the first spray, it does kind of come off as a bit plastic sticky, but that does fade over time so this is a perfume that you do need to give time to get used to if you do want to continue to wear this this is not a perfume that some of you may love right off the bat some of you may actually absolutely hate this and return it but if you do debate on keeping this or returning it that is completely up to you again it’s just that this is really a perfume that you need to sit with. You need to have it on your skin for a day or two or after for at least a few hours to see how you really like it because the dry down is totally different from the first spray that you have up in the air. There was no bottle leakage when it arrived. Everything was tightly packed something that kind of put me off a little bit is the huge like flammability warning on the package so it’s probably safe to assume that there’s something in here that contains a bit of toxic chemical so if you do have sensitive skin, I don’t recommend buying this because it can be a little irritating. It has been a little irritating for mine. I’ll just say that I’m giving a 100% honest review. This is not just about the notes. It’s this is about a personal experience that I’ve had with this perfume. There are a bunch of reviews saying that this is a Tom Ford lost cherry dupe, but I actually do not agree with that that like yes it has that cherry scent it has that bitter scent that you might be looking for it has that sexy undertone that you may want after the dry down but it also has that sweetness it is a little sweeter than the actual Tom Ford lost cherry so if you are looking for a one-to-one, dude, this is not it. I’m going to be honest with you right off the bat here so I honestly don’t think anyone will be able to completely one to one dupe lost Cherry because Tom Ford is known for its complex fragrances and that is part of the reason why nobody has been able to re-create the sent exactly Because first of all nobody has the formula and second of all it’s very difficult to match one-to-one DNA because it’s so complex so if you do want the lost cherry, I understand it’s very expensive but you can save up and you can just buy the real one or before you buy anything just go to your local beauty store and ask for the tester to try and smell it because you don’t wanna purchase something that you haven’t smelled before because some of you are purchasing this perfume without having smelled the actual Tom Ford lost cherry before so when you get it and you spray it, you don’t like it. I do agree that Tom Ford is overpriced for absolutely no reason the perfume should be cheaper than it is because it makes absolutely no sense to charge $500-$600 for like a 100 mL bottle what’s making the brand expensive is the name that’s literally all that is most people hate the sense of most of the perfumes that the line puts out now everybody can get with this type of scent DNA. You have to have a more distinct palette because these scents do fall on the deeper side, some of them just smell like straight sunscreen or just straight like one thing minus all the other notes so with Tom Ford it really is a hit or miss situation so before you purchase any type of dupe you really do you want to smell the original so you know what you’re working with. The reason for why I purchased this “dupe “is because I’ve heard so much about it. My friends have been raving about it forever so I just decided why not let’s get it and see how it goes. I will tell you that this is not a dupe at all. It just smells like alcoholic, cherry cough syrup with a sweet dry down with some woodsy undertones in the dry down. It will make you choke if you spray it too close to your mouth or Face; Because the scent is so strong on the alcohol. The liquor is really there. Personally I’m not a fan. It’s missing so many notes. I don’t know where some people are getting vanilla from, but there’s absolutely not even a lick of vanilla in here. But yeah, so basically just cherry cough syrup like a sweet cherry cough syrup with a moral leaning touch of alcohol and possibly like a drop of sandalwood and the dry down, but it’s very hard to distinguish it like you really have to inhale very deeply to smell any type of wood your nose has to be very sensitive to pick it up. For me to make it last on clothes I have to spray about 7 to 10 pumps or more, closer to 15- and this is just to make it last for a few hours. But again, like I said everyone will have a different experience with this. Although I don’t think I will be purchasing this again since I do have the original.
