We love having these in our garage gym! I was a little disappointed they were different on each side so I couldn't see the opposite side... So I bought another set so I could have both sides on display! My 4 year old loves poining at the exercises for me to try and I love it when I feel a need to switch up the weights.

Guter Qualität. Man muss nur aufpassen, dass die Poster doppelseitig bedruckt sind, also sie müssen ggf. zweimal bestellt werden.

Five A3 sized posters for less than £7 what's not to like!You do need to reverse roll them for 24 hours and I placed them flat under my weights for another 24 hours.

These are priced very low for a reason. Pictures are too small and there's almost to much on it.

Bought for home gym....Easy to follow and good results.....
