I have been using Emerge C probably since it was created. Fast , easy to use and ensures I also am receiving hydration as it needs to be mixed with water. The variety of flavors is both fun and keeps one from being bored with a product. Love these, and take them with me when I travel, they are so convenient.

Great for immune system support
I use these to supplement vitamin regiment when colds set in or when I'm travelling and know I'm susceptible to getting a cold. These taste great, but I generally prefer to mix it with twice the amount of water to give it a more subtle taste.
