Good but …
I’m used to an iMac but they stopped supporting my old computer so I was forced to get a new one. There is quite a learning curve. Things are nothing like they were 10 years ago when I had a PC. I think the worst thing is there is no dragging and dropping of icons to the task bar so I have trouble finding things. Other wise I’m learning and I think I will like it. You would think these companies make enough off us to supply an up dated manual. Oh, my one other disappointment was, all the reviews bragged about the great support, which was why I choose a Dell. They claimed it had phone support like Apple. I found out after I set it up that unlike Apple, they charge. I spent hours on the phone with Apple before, with a wonderful and patient agent, and no charge. Dell should either let people know they charge for phone help or be more customer friendly, and provide it for free. I feel I was drawn in and fooled. Never the less, I think I will enjoy the new computer once I relearn it.
