Love it
This is my third purchase of this bag and I LOVE IT! I make waterproof first aid kits for my family for rafting, snowmobiling, hiking, work, and vehicles. This is my absolute favorite way to package it. No matter what the use: this bag is durable, has a clear view, and shouts "THIS IS A FIRST AID KIT-USE ME".So no matter who is in trouble, someone can spot this bag

Stop the bleed bag!
I’ve been looking for something light weight to separate my first aid kit and Stop the bleed kit for my hunting and backpacking bags… this is perfect! Super light, easy access, can easily cut or tear open if needed.

Exactly what I was looking for
I needed something that stands out in my bag and doesn’t take up any space, can stuff bandaids, a towel, Tylenol and Neosporin in there and don’t have to worry about anything getting on anything it shouldn’t.

Bad Design Flaw - inflexible plastic monstrosity
I'm willing to bet the designer of this product never ever used it. It was designed in some office somewhere. Generally speaking SeaToSummit products are thoughtful but this one is a big miss. They thought about repairability, great idea (screws for clasps) but they missed a fundamental aspect - the 'collar' of the bag has a horrible flaw: it contains rigid plastic that does not bend well at all (and also adds some unnecessary weight). get rid of the plastic inlay (or use rubber) and you have something decent.I threw the bag in the bin days after purchasing it and will resort to a light ziploc

For protection, not organization.
This drybag is designed to protect first aid stuff, much of which is packaged in paper, from water damage. It isn't for organization or long-term storage. It has a window in the side for quick identification of some stuff in there, but don't just throw everything in and expect to be able to find stuff quick when you get it out of your pack.I recommend putting a kit together in a pouch or container that fits easily inside this drybag. Most IFAK pouches fit fine. Use the window to easily locate larger items outside that pouch like epipens or similar. Avoid putting in poky objects without a cover, like shears or pencils. All that said, in a quick kitchen sink dunk test, this bag held up fine. The roll and seal mechanism is good like all of their bags.

Excellent 3L Dry Bag
Sea to Summit makes first-class dry bags and it shows in this “First Aid” bag. When empty, this is both light and small. At 1.7 oz., this bag is not much heavier than the super light Sea to Summit Ultra-Sil bags that run 1.1 oz. in this size. The 3-liter capacity seems more than adequate for medical supplies for a small group trip and it is clearly marked for identifying the medical contents. It has a 3.5” x 4.25” viewing window and a bright white interior that make it much easier to quickly see what is inside than most other dry bags. The closure is quick and easy to use, but it is not the most waterproof dry bag and Sea to Summit specifically warns against submersion. I've used bags with this type of closure before and never had a problem with leakage. The closure has a D-ring for attachment and a replaceable snap buckle in case of damage.

Would a gallon sized plastic bag be better?
This had been sitting in my cart for several months. I wanted a First Aid bag that I could include in my family's GO bags, and, after watching people jump into the ocean to escape the tragic wildfire in Lahaina, I wanted a waterproof dry bag. I finally took the leap and purchased both the 3L and the 1L so that I could compare them. As other reviews have noted, there is no internal organization pockets within these bags. I included the dollar bill in my photos so you can get an idea of how large these bags are. The material is lightweight and not necessarily flimsy, but as the instructions on the tag state, I would definitely not place any sharp objects, such as first aid scissors, in the bag itself as it would definitely puncture the fabric. While this bag is waterproof, as others have mentioned it clearly states that the bag is not meant to be fully submerged. My last photo shows the 3L bag rolled 3 times (as instructed) and placed on top of a gallon size plastic bag for comparison. As you can see, the gallon sized bag is much larger. Yes, the fabric and design of this bag is far more sophisticated and resilient than a plastic storage bag. But in all honesty, I think I would rather just double up a gallon or quart sized bag and save my money for the actual first aid supplies instead of purchasing this bag. However, I give both the 1L and 3L bags an overall rating of 3 stars because the material and construction of both bags are pretty substantial and decent. It just does not fulfill my needs and I will be returning the 1L bags as they were definitely too small.I think I would rather purchase a 5L or 10L dry bag that IS submersible and store both a change of clothes AND a gallon or quart sized plastic bag with first aid supplies in it.

Packable first aid kit
Keeps my first aid supplies organized in a packable container, however, there's a pair of scissors and tweezers that I wrap before I put them in the stuff bag. It's always in the back of my mind that they may puncture the bag. It hasn't happened yet but, when packing it (stuffing it) I cannot help but worry about the possibility.
