Great bike, good value.
I am very happy with the bike so far and I am glad that, after a lot of searching I chose the Bodywel A275.It’s well equipped compared to others in the same price range and was easy to assemble following the online video and printed instructions. I recharged it after the first 28 miles and it still hade 42% battery, I have now done a further 18 miles and the battery is showing 82% charge remaining. It is a comfortable ride and has a very quiet motor. I had one small problem with the bike when a rubber grommet covering the charging point broke off, a replacement grommet and spares were sent to me within the specified time, with no fuss and good tracking. The grommets were easy enough to fit but they are not easy to push into place to get a waterproof seal. Highly recommended.

Very pleased
Arrived on time in good packaging.Download installation instructions on line.Lovely smart bike, good value.I watched YouTube reviews and I was impressed with the bike for the money.I haven't been on a bike for years and wanted to get back into getting out and about on something easy to use and that was powerful enough to help me get up those hills, without breaking the bank.I'm delighted, comfortable seat, easy to use controls, nice seating position.Quiet motor which kicks in as soon as you pedal. Very responsive.Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Great bike for the money
I've waited to leave this review so I could go on a few bike rides and get used to the gears, the assistance stages and see how well the battery lasts. All I can say, in my personal experience is that I am Massively impressed with this e-bike. I purchased the bike mainly because of the price then the mile range (Watt/Hrs). It was bought just so I could go out with my partner who cycles, to try to take an interest in something he enjoys. My idea of going on a standard non assisted bike ride was my idea of hell, also my partner's idea of hell from all the moaning and groaning from me after 7/8 miles (after at least 30 years of not being on a bike..Ha ha) I built up the distance at first, 20/30/40 miles getting used to the assistance levels and gears. We managed to do a 80 km circuit and the battery literally finished as I got back home. The battery (in this case) did around 51km on the first indicator, 13 kM on the second indicator and about 9kM on the 3rd indicator. The last 2 battery indicators you get approv 6km. Obviously this is all dependant on elevation and assistance you've used. I use it on level 2 assistance mainly and 3 on the hills near us. (It's great passing my partner half way up the hill). You will find your own way with what assistance you need it's personal preference. Last time I went out I did a fair bit on the 1st electric assistant to build my leg muscles up. The bike will easily go further it's all down to how much effort you want to put in. It's a great bike for comfort, rider position and assisted power. I have used the over ride sequence to gain better assistance to keep up with my partner.I hated cycling now I actually like it. I spend time with my partner and there's always a coffee shop and butty on our travels and it's great value for money. I've also added panniers for all the things I like to take with me and picnics in the summer.

Great Value, Limited Functionality
This bike is a great deal for the discounted price I paid. The bike was easy to assemble and there are plenty of video guides available from Bodywel to assist. Before I begin I want to praise the Bodywel customer service team. I had an issue with the handlebar stem protector and they were both patient and attentive with me in helping me to fix it. They reached out to me on Whatsapp after I filled in their contact form, provided me with detailed feedback and resources to help me fix it and followed up multiple times to ensure everything was okay with the bike.I gave four stars due to the back rack missing a screw (I may have lost it but I checked all the packaging), and that the handlebar stem's protector prevented me from fixing the stem to the frame correctly. However, this protector isn't necessary for the bike to function so can easily be removed and the bike used safely. When installing the handlebar stem, make sure to do so tightly and push the stem in several inches to ensure the handlebar doesn't come loose. The bike is sturdy, weights 20kg so it isn't hard to get up and down to my 3rd floor flat. In addition the lights are bright and hooked into the battery, for ease of use.The bike itself is well made, meaning that on the occasions my battery has run out I was able to cycle it with relative ease. The battery itself lasts around 10-20 miles depending how much you use the power assist, and I live in Glasgow (in an area with a fair few hilly inclines).I do enjoy the modular nature of the bike, this makes it easy to break down, store, and keep valuable parts safe when leaving it for more than a few hours at a time (for example, the battery is easy to remove, as is the quick release front wheel). The LED display does it's job and I've had no issues with it.The Shimano gear set works, but wasn't correctly tuned straight out the box. This isn't a big deal and was easily fixed after a few YouTube videos.Overall, it is a nifty bike and worth the asking price.
