Love this, I have I t set at the right spray flow, and even thou it is hooked up to the cold water, it is nice and refreshing, every woman should have this in their bathroom (smile).

I’ve always had a sprayer or bidet growing up outside US, here it’s not common, but it’s very practical not only hygienic but used for Washington the toiled and floors.

I like the gold color and that’s why I bought it but unfortunately poor performance. After 3 moths the sprayer start leaking. The lever that turn on and off the sprayer feels loose and I have to pull it up backward in order to stop the leak or dripping water. Don’t buy it. I tried to return it but there is no option that I could find.

Bought this gold bidet in March. We have one in black as well as well in our main bathroom. The gold bidet has worked perfectly with no issues from March until august. It completely stopped working. First the water flow was much more limited where it was almost pointless. After about 2 more days of limited flow, it completely stopped expelling water. We readjusted it, no thing. Took it off and replaced it with our other bidet and that works perfectly so we know it is the bidet and not the toilet. The black bidet work perfectly still so I have a mixed review. It’s too late to return so I’m stuck with this trash

This looks nice and installs easy, however, the hinge is very flimsy. I tried screwing in the hinge but it broke on one of the screws. Otherwise would have received five stars.

Hi sellerI have received 1 sprayer faulty and it doesnt work properly as it should be.How can i process for replacement. There is no parcel.point drop off location near my house.
