Delicious, practical and wholesome
These “energy balls” are practical snacks that I feel good about indulging in and are also satisfying. I also have no qualms in having my child eat a couple of them for the ingredients are all real, no funny processed ingredients nor added sugars. The box comes with 6 individual pouches each containing 6 balls of the same flavor. Each all is a 2-bite adventure for most people, but not a stretch to eat it in a single bite. The balls are chewy and moist (like fresh dates) and also have texture from the seed ingredients that are mixed in (crushed and in small particles).Favorite flavors were chocolate hazelnut and the chocolate cherry. I found them all enjoyable though.Packaging: sturdy box and quality pouches that can be resealed. Attractive graphics that convey the natural ingredients. Notably I found the tear-ability of the top to be better than what I’m used to encountering!I can imagine these being used for snacks in a lunchbox for school or work. Also, as a desert at home. Really good for on-the-go situations! I’m looking forward to bringing it along during active endeavors (like hiking) since it packs energy (and flavor!) for its weight and is not a demanding (e.g. refrigeration) product.

Ok, but not great
These energy balls were....just ok. I really like the date/fruit/nuts combo so I expected to like these a lot, however, I won't be purchasing again. The extract flavor was really unpleasant for me. In some of the flavors (orange especially) the extract aftertaste is bad enough to make me not want to eat more than one.I really liked the size of the packages and how they're resealable though! If you aren't bothered by the prominent extract flavor, the rest of the product is actually pretty good compared to other similar products.

NOT A TREAT
This is for health nuts who are used to a serious health-food taste & consistency. One or two pieces satisfied my hunger &/or helped me digest a pill, which I can't take on an empty stomach, & they left me feeling fine. So they are good for that, but they are not yummy, tasty treats.

Weird after-taste
They leave a nasty, chemical after-taste. Yuck.

Delicious energy boost
The media could not be loaded. The Kaidoo energy balls made with dates, nuts, cocoa, chia, sunflower and watermelon seeds(didn’t know you could eat watermelon seeds and they are nutritious!) are a quick easy snack when you crave something sweet but don’t want to eat unhealthy candy or a whole energy bar. Easy to pop in your mouth, I really liked the texture and flavours. A couple friends visiting me tried them and took some of the packets home for themselves, so I will have to order more to try all the delicious sounding flavours. The chocolate orange is my favourite so far. There is a hint of coconut too which is great. The kids loved them and it’s a great school lunchbox snack. I can see it being very handy for hikes, road trips and as an office snack. (My office break room usually has unhealthy chips, jerky and sweet sugary bars pretending to be healthy). This has no added sugar, the mild sweetness comes from dates which are healthy, nutritious and yummy.I like that each packet is small with 6 balls- it’s a great size even for kids to grab and go.

Yuck!
Only tasted 2 flavors - coco cherry and blueberry and they’re terrible. My daughter thinks they’re ok but i think they taste like barely flavored cardboard.
