does exactly what it says on the packaging. (but being a professional decorator i already knew that !) each brush is hand made. very versatile piece of kit. no need to work them in and they perform brilliantly from the first job. no loss of fibres (synthetic rather than pure bristle) and great for cutting in. which after all, is the biggest part of any pro painting job. expensive but you get what you pay for. highly recommended.

used these for a lot of years as a professional I would recommend these always, You cannot get a better brush for all paints that keeps its shape and doesnt lose it bristles over the course of 10 years plus

I’m a painter for 31 years and for the past 20 years I’ve used almost purdy brushes always I bought 9 two inch purdys a few months ago I’ve started using them recently and they are all shedding filaments this never happened before so now I shall not be purchasing any more online as I didn’t keep a record of supplier and I can’t return them so buyers beware

I'm a professional painter and have used purdy brushes for years but these ones are shedding their filaments which I've not experienced previously.
