Super easy to use, loved cataloging my library

Haven't had this product long enough to need tech support but a plus for the product. I can't attest to battery life because I haven't had the product that long. The product works as expected and that's what I like.

As a whole it is a decent wireless scanner. It can be a touch difficult with some scans however it gets the job done and would recommend. For the cost it does what it's supposed to do.

I got this to help catalogue and track my pantry to help organize and coordinate for shopping lists. Might seem a bit silly, but trying to find a system that is kept to has been next to impossibly. This scanner at least with a spreadsheet program is easy enough to discourage laziness. It works well and was easy to setup.

I got this product because of the reviews, but it didn’t even last a month before I started running into problems. I use it constantly because of work. Sometimes I’d have to click 2-3 time for the scanner to scan. I’d have to wait 5 mins for it to turn back on. Other times, wouldn’t even turn on. I made sure it was charged and even tried having it plugged, but no luck.

I really like that there's no software...just plug it in and it works. I also love that it can work corded or not. That really helped to do inventory. This works really well. Highly recommend.

Received device a few weeks ago. It would never charge up, nor scan. Connected to two different laptops. Left connected for several hours. Constant red light. Not able to scan, with or without the attached cable. Returning device back to Amazon today.
