Q: Can you please confirm the size of the plungers?

Large head approx 17cm diameter and small approx 6.5cm diameter. I have only needed the large one for my shower and bath. Pull up the plunger, place tightly over drain, push down the whole unit to create a good seal, then pump down and up a few times.

one is 50 cm diameter and 20 cm diameter

Q: How does this work if the bath overflow is connected under the bath to the outlet pipe? The air will just come out of the overflow

It can only work if you block the overflow pipe, whilst pumping the blockage .use an old rag to block the over flow .
