These biotin and collagen gummies are tasty and an easy way to get enough biotin in my diet to help strengthen my hair, nails, and joints. But 33,333% of the RDA of biotin seems like overkill. Our bodies can only absorb so much. I did look up that dosage and the medical sites reported that it was not dangerous and the excess will just be peed out. The collagen is a nice extra but there is just one type and I prefer collagen supplements with 3 or all 5 types.I have had no side effect or stomach upset with these. I have not yet seen visible results but it has only been about 10 days. I take just one a day because that is plenty and the bottle will last two months that way. Biotin usually helps my nails and hair grow faster and I expect to see that start happening as I continue to take these gummies daily.

I am pleased to say my hair is growing quicker than ever before. I noticed my roots getting darker after my first week of use. I have been taking 2 gummies every morning, every day.I have very fine, thin hair. And at 60, it seems to grow extremely slow. This product has absolutely improved growth.As for my nails, I haven't noticed any change at all. Maybe, this takes a much longer period of time for any noticeable change.My skin has always been pretty smooth, although I have a couple of old scabby spots on my elbows. Both of these scabs are smaller, and starting to improve. I have had these marks on my elbows for decades. This is the first product I have used to show any improvements at all.Overall, I am really impressed with the results. These gummies are really tasty with a light rasberry flavor. I absolutely recommend them👌.

I've been doing a few different things to help my hair health (silk pillow cases, rosemary oil in my conditioner), but I do feel these gummies also helped my hair and nails. I saw my nails have a growth spurt while on them and my hair feels and looks healthier as well. And I've been undergoing more stressful events than most people deal with at once, so these are definitely helping.They taste really good and I went through them faster than I probably should have! They are pretty yummy like candy. I wish all candy would help us be healthier. I will definitely get these again.

I recently had purchased these, about 2 weeks ago. You see, I already have long nails. But I wanted to keep them strong. And so, I decided to look for some biotin supplements , And I found these. I was pretty happy! because I have tried this brands other products, and have quite enjoyed them.But, much to my dismay. When I had opened the bottle, i was met with the most vile smell to ever come out of a vitamin bottle. And when I had finally worked up the courage to savor the taste of these little fruity morsels. I was met with an even more unpleasant flavor.To put it kindly, these taste like fresh bile and sewer water. Do not buy these unless you want to ruin your day

Sad to say, but my hair thins more and my skin gets dryer every day. Coming up on a hard 50, and my youthful look hasn't been so youthful as of late. I started taking collagen and biotin supplements the first of the year, but still not seeing a marked improvement. I'll keep on it for the benefits I may not be noticing.Anyhow, this supplement has the right ingredients, and the price isn't outrageous for what you get. The gripe I have is the taste and texture, so it's more of a personal issue. The taste is pretty bland compared to other gummies I've tried, and it tastes a little off. I wouldn't say it's exactly raspberry. Maybe raspberry before it's ripened. The texture is nice and soft, but it has a dry-ish coating on it. The tongue texture is like the dried out skin on a bowl of Jello that was left in the fridge a little too long.Others may not be turned of by the personal gripes I have, but it's enough that I docked one star because I know there is better out there.

I take biotin and collagen supplements due to the weakness of my nails and hair, age-related. This is a good formula. It is a tasty berry flavor, and not too sticky or too hard. It is a little treat, so you'll remember to take it. No complaints. Of course, it's hard to measure how well it works, and hard to know if the amounts are accurate in the product as stated. But i would use this interchangeably with other similar products. No weird artificial taste or weird burps after taking it.

Evidently, I am sensitive to the aftertaste of the seaweed peptide. At first lovely fruit taste of gummy and then... But that is just me. I am sure the other 99% will not even notice.
