Don't Look Back: Getting Unstuck and Moving Forward with Passion and Purpose

Looking back is so last year!
Don't Look Back is a very apt title for this book by Christine Caine, one of the most inspirational authors I’ve ever read. In the book, Caine is saying that looking back at past events can lead to becoming stuck on failure and regrets. Instead, she says we should look to the future and what God might have for us.Her messages are on-point, especially in these less-than-certain times. I believe there’s something for everybody here, and I’ve already sent a second copy to a friend, with more undoubtedly to follow.Highly recommended for anybody facing a crossroad (or not), this book provides spiritual guidance bound to help make the best life choices and keep moving forward. I really didn’t want to put it down while learning to not look back, so five stars.

Timely Message
I just went through an intense transitional season. I gave up my dream to follow where I felt God was calling my family. My future is filled with unknowns and change that feels scary and I have been tempted many times to look back and question whether we made the right choice. When I saw this book, I knew that I needed to read it because God had already been highlighting my need to not look back like Lot’s wife. While respecting the pain of change and the reality of moving into the unknown, Christine encourages and reminds us to keep moving forward in faith, to not get stuck in our pasts and keep believing God. It was also helpful to be reminded that we are sojourners with a heavenly home. After reading this book I feel strengthened to keep my eyes on Jesus and keep moving forward in faith.

Keep your eyes on Jesus.
Love the way Christine explained things by using examples from her life. I've read all of her books and loved every one of them. I can see myself in her books. She has great story telling quality.

Short, practical, inspirational and ultimately very, very helpful!!!
Stuck in guilt? Stuck in shame?! Stuck in fear? We have all been stuck at one time or another!! We awesome biblical insight and a laser focus on Gods grace in Christ, Christine Cane offers another book to help you get unstuck by Gods grace and move on in the joy of real faith!! Mrs. Cane uses many of her own stories as illustration of her points ( both good and bad) so anyone can relate and then apply her points with grace to overcome to rise from the pit and get moving and keep moving without getting stuck looking back!!I failed to comprehend how prophetic and timely that I would need precisely this book at precisely this time!! It has and will continue to help me in the really hard weeks ahead! I recommend it highly!!!!

The phrase don’t look back and being stuck
When I ordered this book I had been receiving daily emails from Christine CainAnd that peaked my interest. To have each chapter with thoughtful questions helped me to not just gather information but rather to slow down and apply the information to my personal life.To realize that She shared personal examples of her own life actually gave confidence to accept that we can all get stuck and it’s not something to be embarrassed about but to admit and move forward. The whole book was very easy read and my favorite part was the endingA new Perspective is great

Very Timely Message
This book was a mother's day gift for me and it came as I'm transitioning from one "season" to another in my life. Chris does such a great job in reminding you that we don't need to get stuck in the past because as long as we are breathing God still has plans for us!
