I loved it, a part from looking nice, it really helps my hand feels better, specially that I had surgery on my hand and tried many other products.It fits different size of hands.. I do not know if it would ever suit any hand size but i sure regret buying it and if i had the chance to return it i would gladly do that , money wasted .It hurts my hand and i do not feel like my hand is getting massaged, i just feel my hand is being tortured and my hand started to hurt me bad after using it , I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEVICE.

Great product & great seller, I bought this for my mum who has sore hands & this product really really helps relive the pain & helps with use of hands, great value & easy to use, my mum had a problem with the charger & cincom replaced free of charge. Highly Recommended to anybody.

Bought this for my mum as she suffers with arthritis and had just broken her wrist after a fall. She really likes it. There's a variety of settings and she rarely uses the highest one. Heat is good and it lasts quite a while on just the battery. Very good.

I bought this product as I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis which can leave my hands painful, swollen and weak during flare ups.The massage function is brilliant. I have small hands so was concerned there wouldn’t be enough pressure but it really bends your fingers and palm without much pain.My only criticism is the heat element. It heats up a spit about the size of a penny on your palm to a ridiculously high heat. I actually had to turn it off as I was concerned about burns (see photo of red mark from heat after less than a minute of using the heat function on the amber setting, so not the highest). I was hoping it would be more of an overall warming effect than a tiny spot of intense heat with the rest remaining cool.
