Does it's job... Inaccurately.
It does it's job, accuracy is an issue. As you can see from product images the spacing between 0-100psi has only nine lines... so 100psi is 90psi? Also, the pump lets a decent amount of air out of the fork when putting on and taking off. I realize I bought a cheap pump, so dealing with these issues comes with the territory. It does pump air in relatively easily.

Nice novelty pump - 300 PSI - Really??
Purchased this pump for my MTB - Needed 250 PSI for rear shock - Excessive force and frustration required to use - I found it nearly impossible to get over 200 psi due to the unit's ergonomics - Cylinder is too small of a diameter as is the button on pump handle - I used a friend's higher end pump and 250 PSI was achieved with expected / reasonable effort. Read product FAQs - Followed troubleshooting tips - Then contacted the supplier via Amazon - Customer support never responded.

Great pump
Worth every penny. I use it for the rear suspension on my 06 Roadking classic.
