These are fantastic for stretching , back or neck pain or working on mobility . Perfect for mornings when you’re just getting moving .

These yoga wheels give a really good stretch and have been awesome for opening up my back and shoulders. I like that you can get that satisfying back pop and release tension without feeling like you’re going to hurt your back. The wheels feel sturdy and stable, and the thicker padding makes them more comfortable than some of the harder wheels I’ve tried. My only “wish” (not really a negative) is that they were a little wider or had a slight concave/contoured middle to follow your spine more naturally. That would make them feel even more ergonomic. But overall, they work great and do exactly what I wanted for stretching, backbends, and loosening up tight muscles.

I wish they were wider. They work well, but they all could be 2-3 inches or 5-8 cm wider. I ordered a different product to replace the larger one. The other product is wider, and it works better on my back. It's just more comfortable the wider they are. I kept these because they are nice for the neck, lower back, etc., and multiple people can use them at the same time.

It is a very good product. The size is good for beginers or advanced yoga pratice. But if you need more range of motion for the stretch and more challenge. This size is to it.

Aside from almost killing myself cause of a hoodie… wow just wow!!! Combat vet with massive back and hip issues! As soon as a I got on the big one and allowed my body to relax over it bam cracks gone wild! Was able to go up and down a few times and had to give myself a minute before I fully sat up from being light headed from the adjustment! Used the smaller one for my upper back between shoulder blades and that was better. Super soft with the surrounding rubber and I think they are better than the knobby foam roller I have. Don’t be afraid to get them wish I did it sooner!

Sooo great for opening up the back and chest! Using this can be extremely painful on your back, so make sure you warm up properly: 5-6 rounds of cat/cows. It's great to play around with and get into deep posts like wheel and pincha, or just stretch out

I am underwhelmed by this product. It is as advertised. It did not change my pain and I did not get relief using it. It was just awkward. The material is too hard, should have some flex and the cushion is a joke. I will probably never use these again. Rather use one of my kids sport balls. Not heavy. Durable, good price and multiple sizes. Had higher hopes.
