(Original Review) The necklace appears to be beautiful. However, I can't even open the clasp to even try it on. With a lifetime of loving and wearing jewelry, this has never been a problem for me. I googled the company, looked for answers on their website, and sent a message to their customer service, with photos. It has been a week and I have gotten no response. So I am going to return it. Too bad, I really think I might have liked it, had I been able to get it on and off. It should come with instructions. (Update) The company reached out to me following my review. They sent explicit instructions which helped me easily operate the clasp. The necklace looks beautiful on. I want to share their clasp instructions for anyone wanting to try this necklace: We're truly sorry for the issue. Here are step-by-step instructions to help you unlock the clasp on your necklace: 1. Locate the main clasp—it’s the larger, box-shaped piece where both ends of the bracelet connect. (My note: this is the side with two knobs). 2. On the side of the clasp, you’ll see a small lever or tab. 3. Gently pull or press this lever outward using your fingernail. This will release the internal catch. 4. While holding the lever, carefully pull the two ends of the bracelet apart. It should open easily. (It did). If you feel any resistance, avoid forcing it. I got this necklace for a wedding I am in this coming New Year but I figured I would also get it to wear as a casual look before hand. At first glance it’s super shiny and sparkly. It’s also pretty heavy in comparison to others I’ve tried which can be a good thing as it tells me it’s pretty durable. The clasp is easy to use if you have short nails but if yours are a little longer it does become tricky like most jewelry. I first ordered the shorter length and it was choker on me so I reordered it in the longer length which hits just right. The size of the studs on the necklace are not too large but not too small. They can pass for the real deal. My only complaint is that since the necklace is a little dense it does seem to twist and not lay flat when wearing which can be a little uncomfortable or annoying to have to fix every so often. I’ve attached some photos that are in a dim light so you can see just how elegant these are even in a lower light.

The clasp is a little tricky to figure out, but once you do, you will appreciate the security of its design. For something at this price point, the value is exceptional. The necklace is well made, and the length is perfect for any neckline style. It's sparkly, doesn't look cheap, and really finishes an outfit nicely. I would purchase again, but I don't think I will have to!

I’ve been shopping around for tennis necklaces ( a good quality one that does not give costume jewelry), but so many of these vendors both on Amazon and other online stores want an arm and a leg for some gold plated brass cz necklaces, absolutely not! Other sellers who had a good price as well I read reviews where they said stones were falling out (with pics shown), tarnished within a couple of weeks, the necklace felt like plastic or even turned their necks green. I don’t like having to go through returns or contacting customer service so I did not want to go with those sellers. I have made many purchases for Pavoi jewelry in the past and said why not? I got this necklace and could not stop staring at it. It shines in both the light and the dark. HOWEVER, just make sure you get the right length. I purchased the 18 inches but instead was sent the 15 inches necklace (I confirmed with another necklace I had from this brand and it measures up to the 15inches. Nonetheless, customer service was great with resolving the issue. I just wished that the clasp was the one that has the two pieces where you press together to open was used. In my opinion the lobster clasp lowers the aesthetic of the necklace, but at least you know the necklace will not fall off while you are wearing it. This clasp is the one that you would find on a curb link chain. I know no one’s going to see the clasp but still. Either way, this necklace is great quality and looks like the real deal, I totally recommend!

It has a weight to it which feels high quality. The stones sparkle with such high intensity that it’s absolutely stunning. I only received my items 1-2 days ago so I can’t comment on the durability and actual long-term wear quality of it yet. If I do remember, I’ll check in a year later on how it’s holding up. For now, absolutely recommend this tennis necklace. Never seen an affordable tennis necklace this sparkly before it’s insane. It’s so worth the money. I hope the price doesn’t go up any further because firstly, afterall it’s only cubic zirconias and plated; secondly, this price point is what makes this tennis necklace viral and so well loved. Cheers to the pavoi team for making this tennis necklace such a dream. I’ve got my friends eyes sparkling when they saw my necklace already and asking where’s it from. I wouldn’t mind a PR package from Pavoi to test and review their items, haha.

No matter how much I tried it keeps flipping over to the wrong side as soon as I put it on so I’m returning it.

This is a pretty piece but unfortunately it was broken . I have to say I haven’t returned anything from Amazon before but I am amazed how easy and smooth the process is. Thank you Amazon
