These are by far the best performing, in my opinion, fiber capsules for regularity and ease of transit... I've never been bloated with these, they're extremely easy to use and the health and prep benefits are by far the best. They also have the added bonus if being an incredible value compared to others on the market. The combo of chia, flax, and psyllium is a winner too.

It’s perfect and it lasts a long time.

This product took a week or more to really start working in my system. At first I was having messy bowel movements. After several days, it then started to take affect in my GI tract. Now I have evacuations that come out in one whole S-shaped piece. There are less nuggets/remnants that come out after the initial main turd. I am going to try for Pure for Men after testing out this product. I have a feeling the other brand will work better than this one. The pills are pretty large and they don’t taste great. I do notice a difference in my stool. It’s working, but not perfectly. I recommend it for use.

Definitely prefer the extra strength version as it's a bit milder on the stomach even though it costs a lot more. Still, both versions are WAY cheaper than any of the trendy namebrands on the market. This balances my stomach and keeps everything moving and clean. Can't go without it! I like to stock up on the 500 count because it's such a great value and when it sells out it takes them a few months to restock.

These work. I take 2 per day and drink a lot of water and it works as expected with no side effects. They made me gassy and I had irregular movements for about a week but after that it leveled out. The capsules are kind of huge, but there’s also a lot of fiber in them so it makes sense.

Easy to take but for some more for me it always seems to hit me when I’m sleeping. I wake up with bad pains and have to use the restroom in the middle of the night. I tried taking it at different times of the day with the same results. I would return it if I could

I have been a PURE for Men user for a couple years now, and it has always worked fantastic for me. Results apparent within 1-2 days, noticeably easier clean outs. I decided to give this brand a try due to the cost, and other reviews saying it worked just as well. Well, I’ve been trying it over a month. I’ve had constant stomach issues, and even pooping issues. More noticeably after taking the recommended two pills daily (with lots of water). Even after the pills somewhat did their job, cleaning out was still a pain. Went back to PURE two days ago, hate the price but hey, it WORKS. No stomach or stool issues. Already noticed the difference when I wiped. Wanted to save money in the long run, well, this product didn’t do it for me. I can’t really rate it in the taste as I swallow the pills, I’m not chewing them. Maybe it just a bad batch, who knows. But I will stick with what works.

I've been taking these for several months. They do exactly what they're supposed to. They make my ____ very clean and consistent. Which is great for preparing for ___, but even if I wasn't doing that I would still take these anyway because I like the clean feeling. I recommend starting with just one pill for the first few days before you move up to two pills. (Your gut might feel bloated and uncomfortable if you start with two pills. At least that was my experience.)

Not happy, waste of money. I wouldn't buy it again.
