Nice little SD card reader in my humble opinion. Takes up little space and is easy to use. Good for travel use but I also find it's good for keeping in the USB socket on a Raspberry Pi as it doesn't stick out too much.

I have used a number of these before and when I came to re-order I was concerned that (going by earlier reviews) that I was not going to receive the same part. As of 27/05/20 Amazon are indeed shipping this item and not the slightly different white Integral reader.Anyway - why do I keep buying these ? They read and write to microSD cards at a good rate (easily attaining the quoted speeds of every card I have used them with when plugged into a USB 3 port) and at approx 20mm in width and 8mm in depth I can plug several of these into a hub or USB port on a laptop without obstructing the port next to it.I have only one complaint about these card reader / writers and that's the dust cap. It's a good, tight fit on the USB end but although it does fit on the back of the reader as well it falls off far too easily. It's not the end of the world but it would be nice if it could be used to protect the microSD card that protrudes slightly when in use or just to stop the user from losing the cap itself. I feel a bit guilty knocking a star off for that as in every other respect I have no issues with these card readers at all.Note: In answer to some of the questions relating to this product, yes there is an activity LED (a little blue one inside the unit and a little hole through which you can see it) and no, there is no provision for a lanyard or wrist strap. It fits in a pocket easily though, so hey.

Bought a couple of these to used in the classroom for students to use 3d printers as they only except micro SD cards. Initially great, solid build, however prolonged use the card cad easily be jammed into the device and will take some effort to remove.

Ho preso questo lettore di microSD in sostituzione di un prodotto analogo, piu' costoso e con un marchio famoso... e che non sono riuscito a far funzionare sul mio Raspberry.Ieri e' arrivato questo lettore, ho inserito la SD card e collegato il tutto al Raspberry - e ha funzionato subito senza problemi.

Super Adapter, mit einer Samsung EVO Plus mit 128 GB wird mit bis zu 30mb pro Sewkunde Geschriben, Klasse. Würde ich wieder kaufen, klare Empfehlung
