Natural Nutra Mega Magnesium Supplement from Amino Acid Malate, Chelate, Citrate, Malic Acid, Improves Bone Strength 400 mg, 90 Capsules

I have muscle spasms related to Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and find them very hard to treat. The meds do me far more harm than good, and not much good at that. A warm Epsom bath used to be my best bet, but it's not exactly portable! I tried several kinds of magnesium from elemental to algal to several kinds of chelates, wading through some of the tedious arguments over which were "best." I find a blend of chelates is the best, and this is a great blend. It also has malic acid, not a lot, but just enough to knock back my underlying pain a bit. (Every bit matters!) So this is my go-to for preventing muscle spasms. I've gone from taking them as needed, to at bedtime, to twice daily, as the disease digs in further, but -- unlike the antispasmodic meds -- these leave me fully in charge and a lot happier. The spasms hardly ever bother me now. Each of us is unique, etc., but this is an excellent thing to try. I usually talk about my go-to supplements on my blog and social sites, but they offered me half off my next bottle if I wrote this on Amazon. I ordered the Mega Magnesium because it's a product that meets the criteria given to my husband by his doctor. He has terrible body cramping which is debilitating and overwhelming. After many tests and examinations there is no one cause that any of the professionals have been able to find. His doctor recommended trying magnesium with a formula like Mega Magnesium's. It has helped him considerably. He just started the second bottle! Very good product, so I would tell others experiencing similar symptoms to try them out.

Since I had stage 4 cancer I wound in the hospital three times because of lack of magnesium and potassium. The doctors told me to get magnesium oxide which is horrendous on your stomach not to mention the filler it's the same thing that's in milk of magnesia LOL LOL. I just started taking them and so far so good fingers crossed that they do the trick. These are not small but I haven't had a problem swallowing them they have a coating on them that it's pretty slick and really helps.

I suffer from fibromyalgia and it was recommended that I try a mega magnesium and I notice a definite difference when I run out, great product.
