They work great. My cat's ear was very irritated and had some scabs from using fluoxetine in a topical cream form on his inner ear. Now I use this right before every new dose and the irritation has never came back. It also worked very fast to make the original inflammation go away. I will say they make my hands itch really bad and I need to wash them immediately after application.

I think these might help but only temporarily. Our dog is constantly chewing her paws and I use these wipes once a day which provides relief for a few hours.
