Q: What are the actual dimensions of this? The current listing size of 100 x 81.1 x 74.8 cm, I assume is wrong. It'd make it a metre long

Hi the dimensions are : L=25 x W=19 x H=20 cm approx

Q: Is this any good to drain oil out of sump

I used an oil pan to catch the draining oil then transferred it into this container so it could be disposed of correctly. Check the quantity of oil to be drained. I think this is a 6lt container. Worked well for me as I was working on a motorcycle.

Q: Can you please tell me the width of the cap opening

I got another petrol container from halfords same size .I can't give you exact measurements as gave it to my daughter .next time I'm around I will measure it .would measure the other one but that's gone walkys. Get back to you vi Amazon email

Q: does the spout fit into the new style tank fillers?

All I can tell you is that it fits into my 2016 Astra Sri Diesel.
