Lots of pockets
This has been a good pack taken as a weekend trip carry-on (that fits under the airline seat). It’s adequate for laptop, accessories, and a couple days’ clothes. There’s a nice waist strap to balance the weight for that trek through the airport. Only downside is the water bottle pocket on the side fits standard sized water bottles, nothing slightly larger.

Holds a lot but not easy to organize
I didn't both with any pictures because lots of other people have done that already. I bought this (and other bags) to see which one would be best to accompany a carry-on spinner luggage for a Sun-Fri business trip. It worked well, it was comfortable, and it held everything I needed, but there are some issues that almost made me return it.I kept this above all other eBags and Swiss Gears that I tested because I liked that it was mainly rectangular instead of egg shaped, and it was "business traveling friendly." Meaning, it comes on/off easily to get through TSA (I'm pre-check so I don't use the lay-flat feature, but it's there), it's basic black so blends in, it has a luggage strap for putting over your roller handle, and the straps disengage easily and quickly for putting under the seat in front of you (which it fits under on every plane I've flown, as seen in other people's reviews as well). Now for my little problems:SO MANY ZIPPERS! They're also noisy and all three main pockets can have their zippers all come together at the same spot on the bag, so it can be hard to tell which one's for which pocket. Going to clip most of them off and put on color coded paracord instead to make them quiet and easier to tell apart.LAPTOP SECTION HAS USELESS DOCUMENT HOLDER CORNERS. This is a personal thing. The section made for your laptop has a diagonal pocket on it with three flaps of fabric on the opposite corner. This is supposed to hold your folders/documents while you put them in here. It's useless and would have been better to have a full-length pocket with a flap on top for me. I use this for tablets and they're not long enough to reach the "corner tab." All the tab does is catch on my laptop corner when I'm trying to pull it out.VERY FRONT POCKET IS ALMOST USELESS. There's a small, flag pocket on the very front of the bag that is supposed to hold travel documents and things. It's almost useless because you have to take the bag off to get anything in and out, the zipper is hard to find (maybe that's the "anti-theft" features?) and it holds next to nothing. Plus, it's square and won't hold a boarding pass if you tried, without folding it. It's also VERY padded on the front which makes me think that this was supposed to provide cushion for banging up against things. Would like to be able to remove that cushioning.ORGANIZER POCKET SHOULD HAVE BEEN U-SHAPED, NOT BOOK-SHAPED. The front organizer pocket, which is otherwise adequate, opens like a book. It should open like a U so it flips down. The book-opening technique means you can't just drop something in there; you have to put it into a sub-pocket. Would gladly have traded the organizer stuff for just a simple U-shaped pocket.NO SECRET POCKET. There is ample opportunity for a secret pocket on the back/side of the bag, but there is none. Sad.NO LOAD-LIFTERS. You get what you pay for, but load lifters would have been nice.EVERYTHING CATCHES ON ZIPPERS. The nylon fabric (and mesh in one of the water bottle pockets) catches on every freakin' zipper. You have to be very careful when zippering things up or else you'll end up with nylon in your zipper. The water bottle pockets are also a half inch too small to close easily on my metal water bottle, but too large to leave open as there's no elastic to keep your water bottle in on one. I use one as a USB battery pack and the other (mesh pocket) holds my water bottle with a very tight fit fully zippered.Overall, I give this bag 4 stars because it does what I need it to do. I just wish it did what I wanted it to do. I can easily live a week on a business trip with clothes, toiletries, computer keyboard, power strip, and random stuff in my roller bag, and then ANC headphones, cables, snacks, water bottle, USB battery, laptop, two tablets, sometimes a MIDI music controller, and all my random stuff in the backpack. It _is_ great for what it is, and the price is reasonable, I just wish it did more and less then what it actually does.

I finally found my perfect under-the-airline-seat bag
I researched a lot of bags before I finally found this one. We just got back from a 3-week trip to Nepal, and believe me, having this bag was such a comfort in that beautiful but challenging country.Things I love:- The pack fits under the airline seat, straps down, even when it is pretty full of stuff.- The top pocket fits my Bose QC 35 ii headphone case like it was designed for it. This pocket is easily accessible even when the pack is under the seat. You can even squeeze in a pack of gum or mints next to the headphones.- The shoulder straps stow away easily, with extra loops to attach the clips so that they don't protrude.- The trolley handle pass-through slot works either vertically or horizontally. The slots are roomy enough so it isn't a wrestling match to pass the handle through.- The built-in chest strap is really nice. I wore the pack all over the place, including hikes of a few hours, and it was very comfortable.- The main compartment is very roomy. One of my requirements was that I would be able to store my Nikon D750 DSLR, in its own soft case, down in the bottom of the main compartment. I was able to do that no problem, and still have room for more stuff.- The front pocket (that opens to the side like a book) is freaking genius. It has a bunch of mesh and regular pockets for storing all kinds of small stuff: pens, business cards, reading glasses, wet wipes, bug wipes, tissue packs, toothbrush, toothpaste, meds, etc. And because it opens like a book, it's easy to access it when the pack is on the floor, a bed, or riding on my suitcase. I'm addicted to the functionality of this pocket now.- The laptop compartment is nicely padded and would fit a pretty large laptop. Mine is a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga X1, and it fits with plenty of room to spare. The compartment opens fully, with a separate zipper from the main compartment.- The other side pocket (not the mesh one for the water bottle) is handy for storing a battery pack and cable for easy access to recharge a device.- The inner top mesh pocket is really handy too. You can store more things that you'd like to access quickly, because if you partially unzip the main compartment, the flap folds down, exposing just this pocket.Suggested improvements, if I'm being picky:- A water bottle can slide out of the side pocket. It would be nice to have some kind of loop or ring on the side of the pack to secure the water bottle with a carabiner clip. This would protect passengers underneath an overhead bin when putting the pack up there.- Some kind of USB pass-through port would be very handy for recharging devices.- A removable waist strap would make it even more comfortable with heavier loads. If you need a very capable laptop pack that can store a lot of other stuff, including bulky items like a camera in the main compartment, I highly recommend this pack. It's isn't the cheapest one out there, but it's worth it.

Beware: Much larger than stated dimensions
I actually really like this bag. I like that it opens like a suitcase, I like the top headphones compartment, which I would actually use for flight essentials instead. I like the pocket organization. I ordered four different bags in my quest for the perfect personal item for airplanes, including the Weekender Laptop Jr., which is not big enough to be used as a travel bag. But this one, unfortunately, is too big. The actual dimensions are 19x15x6. That's a full 2 inches taller and 2.25 inches wider. They really need to correct the dimensions in the product listing, which is also exactly the same on their website. It's very misleading. Technically it may fit under the seat, but if you get pulled out of line for measuring, it will not fit in most airlines' sizers and none of the budget airlines. I wouldn't use it as my carry-on either because it's smaller than the max, and I like to use all of the space I'm allowed. So it really serves no purpose for me. Bummer.
