Be careful if using for Sous-vide cooking
Happy with the vacuum pack storage of these bags, but the first time I attempted to use one for Sous-vide cooking, the pressure inside the bag increased to the point where it actually split the bag around the seal. I think that the meat I used was probably too cold when I initially sealed it in the bag, but it might be worth checking on the bag in the initial stages of cooking to remove any excess air expansion
