So great value in constant use.

Arrived promptly. Had to go back to Amazon product page to find the code reset instructions (basically hold in the reset button while unlocked (0000) and change to new code) - be wary that the dials are a bit fiddley so it might be easy to slip while resetting the code and then not know exactly what the code is!Cable is fairly short (but this is as per description).Looks like it'll provide a medium level of security and should act as a valid deterrant in any case.Fits my laptops

poor quality - from 6 units that i ordered 3 broke quick

I fear for the security of my Laptop when I have to go into hospital, and maybe have to stay in.So, I felt that I needed to be sure that my Laptop would not be stolen.I had a good look around, and I bought this product.Very pleased with the quality, and the decent price.I say BUY.And BUT, buy cheaper and maybe regret it...

Exactly the same as other products that are considerably more expensive. Took one point off as more length would have been useful. No instructions but setting a code is childs play and the method is clear if you spend a few seconds looking at the lock.

I bought 11 of these products for a work project: to lock modems to a device to remind staff not to move or transfer if a modem is not working.-it works as a control/reminder!-the wire is thin and subtle and looks like it is easy to cut (but I have not tried so who knows)-the programming and combo are easy to do.-tested on a few different products- did not fit all laptops, but fit 3/4.-very please for the price I paid!

Volevo qualcosa di leggero ma effettivo e "moderno" (con combinazione e non chiavetta da dare alla figlia per il suo portatile che deve portare a scuola tutti i giorni), e questo prodotto ha coperto tutte le aspettative con un prezzo molto contenuto ma allo stesso tempo mantenendo la sicurezza necessaria. Il cavetto non e' molto lungo, ma sufficiente allo scopo.
