It was built well for what we are doing

1/2 ton plain trolley. Build is decent for the price and there is no way I could make one for this price. Side plates are 1/4" plate. Will actually work on 2.5" wide beam and fit properly with no side play even though it says 3". Pro's: Price Bearing and wheels are smooth rolling Paint seems decent Plenty of spacer washers Cons: Main shaft could stand to be larger diameter, or bushings could stand to be smaller I.D. to remover side plate slop. There is slightly over .040 slop from pin to bushing which allows a lot of deflection of the side plates. The main shaft nut (M16x2) should be a Nyloc nut, it doesn't make since that the cross pin/bolt has a nyloc nut but the main doesn't. I recommend replacing the original with a Nylock nut or adding a jam nut so the main cross bolt/pin nut cannot work it's way off and allow the plates to separate for safety reasons.
