I used Accelerade before this, it was very chalky and I didn't like having to constantly shake it and the taste. Tailwind is nothing like that. It dissolves very well in water and tastes great. I like the lemon flavor but recently tried Cola and I've completely changed over to cola. highly recommend this product for long runs.

Love the ease of these packets. Rip and poor. Easy to store in my running pack. Love Tailwind for my hundred milers (easy on the stomach).
