I use these to tie up my balloon garlands and archs. They do the job. Great price.

These skinny balloons are easy to inflate, but not so easy to work with. Latex is thin and they pop easily. Sometimes they lose air and loose their shape after a few hours. I have been using them to tie bubble balloons and to tie balloon bundles together. Not the best quality, but okay for the price.
