do these pellets fits in a rotating mag of a hatsan bt 65

According to the dimension specs of the mag, they should fit with no problems. Hatsan are generous on their tolerances in design, i've used this pellet and similar across the calibre range and they all work well. Hope you've got enough power to push this beast out though! They hit like a sledgehammer. Happy hunting/plinking, fellow airgunner ;-J

Are they for FAC rated air rifles or standard 12 foot pounds

I only have a 12 FTP .25 rifle but have not yet zeroed it in using slugs. May have an answer next month. FAC must be much better for the heavier slug providing accuracy way beyond the 20-25 yds possible with 12 FTP.

can these pellets be used ib a spung loaded 2.2 gun

No .22 is 5.5mm the .25 is 6.35mm which is 1mm bigger than your barrel.
