I’ve been using L-Lysine for about two years now, and I’m happy to give it five stars. I originally started taking it for acne, but over time I noticed it really helped with my gut issues, especially constipation. I take just one capsule every morning after breakfast. The capsule is vegan, tasteless, and the perfect size, so it’s really easy to swallow. That’s important to me because I can’t stand medicines with a strong taste. Plus, it’s great to know that no animal ingredients are used in it. In these two years, I haven’t had any constipation problems at all, and it feels like it gives my gut real relief. Hoping that using this product will help to resolve bad nerve pain in the head/eye area, brought on by shingles. It was recommended as a good supplement.
