Used for mounting a Poynting 5G omnidirectional antenna in my attic attached to the roof trusses.Not sure if it would endure storm weather outdoors in a exposed location or corrosion for long term, but if sheltered or in a area not prone to heavy winds it should be ok with good quality fixings (I never trust any supplied rawl plugs - they are always rubbish).

I purchased this in 2022 to hold my 4G antenna and it works perfectly. Easy to install and holds the antenna firmly. However when I went up the ladder recently I could see that it has rusted quite badly. So I propose to purchase a new one and spray it with Hammerite which should stop it rusting. A pity they didn't galvanise it else I'd have given it 5 stars.

Good product as it's like original but both have a design flaw in that the upper facing end of the tube is open so water ingresses and causes rust. Why is there not a cap on this upper end although I did make one?I did make it more difficult for myself by utilising the old wall bracket which was probably distorted by the older bolts thus I had to cut about a cm of the new bolts.
