Less waste
As someone who prefers manual toothbrushing (and whose dentist is pleased with the results) I value the balance between the high quality brush heads that really do the job, and the reduced plastic waste when replacing them, as compared to standard plastic manual brushes.Also, although it's not clearly communicated as far as I can tell, these Colgate "Keep" heads fit the previous/original Colgate "Link" toothbrushes - another small environmental benefit.
