It Works.
It works... I have actually used it to find my phone and keys within the last two weeks. However, there is room for improvement.1. The Key Fob emits a high pitched audible signal. It is not very loud and I cannot hear it unless I am very close to it.2. The Phone App depicts a Bullseye... As you get closer to the keys, the rings around the bullseye fill in as the signal strength increases. BUT, there is no way to measure the distance to the object and it DOES NOT provide a direction. There is also a delay, so if you move too fast the rings cannot keep up and fill in.SO.. Bottom line.. I found my missing keys and the product worked.... BUT... The keys were in a coat pocket and the sound was muffled... I was apparently close, because the bullseye was filled in... but I couldn't hear the beeping... It worked and for that I was happy, but there is plenty of room for improvement.I have a need for this product. In this price range, it was the best that I could find. Before replacing, I would look for something better for my needs. The product works, I am happy to have it, but would like something better.

Good but not great
One of my trackers arrived with a dead battery. When I replaced it the clip that holds the battery snapped! It’s working but I’m going to ask for a replacement.Also if you turn off the app so it’s not running in the background the trackers start alarming!! Very irritating.

They go off all the time. Sometimes shuts off on their own which make impossible to locate items. Also very fragile rope for the key ring
