Despite being thick in all aspects in its design. What makes a thong comfortable is the part in the rear should be thinner & narrower then what this product has. Thick and wide makes this slightly uncomfortable. However, unlike the other reviews of others stating it runs on the smaller side.. you have to take into account that anything that "tucks" you want it to be tighter and not loose. But you do want it to fit your waist. I ordered a Large because a women's large thong fits me perfectly around the waist. But I've noticed, I'd you get hard this product doesn't hide the bulge a hardon produces.

Do not be afraid of the camel toe look in the pictures, you don't see any of it once you're wearing them. Great purchase, I'll ordered 2 and I'm happy I did. They're gonna be snug downstairs, but that's the point. It looks great on.

Horrible cup size that pinches quite uncomfortably. I even bought a size larger then I normally do and still not large enough.

True to size, and fit perfect. I'm not well endowed so they hide everything and look great under snug shorts or work out clothes
