Excellent yeast...used for home brewing wine!
My hubby is the home brewer in our house so the following are his words! :) "Am very happy with performance of this product, instructions are easy to follow and I got a very nice, clean brew and a major bonus was there was no yeast taste. I found it was tolerant of warm temperature without sacrificing quality and gave a strong alcohol content. I have been very pleased with the final result this yeast provided and have no hesitation in recommending this product, it does exactly what it claims and good value for money too!" I know from listening to my hubby as he checked on his brew throughout the fermentation period he was very happy and when bottling and tasting the final product he did state that he will be buying this again. I can say that the wine was lovely and there indeed was no yeasty flavour or after taste. A winner in this house for sure! ;)

Good
Evil stuff whenyou first set it off. Effects like putting mints in cola after a few hours. I stood my brewing tub in the utility room sink until it was done. I have used charcoal and produced a clear liquid (wash). Time will tell if it's drinkable but it doesn't smell too bad. Will review again when processes stop and I check alcohol levels.

Definitely buying again, Fantastic.
Works fantastically. I was a bit worried at first when nothing happened for a few hours, but after that my brew started well. Some people said that the reaction is so vigorous that you should place the brew in the bathtub in case it bubbles over, this didn't happen with me, but I placed my fermenting barrel in a tray just to be safe. I honestly don't know why people buy alcohol when there are great products like this which are so much fun and so much cheaper.

Sand?
Not sure what i received but it wasn't yeast, i'd say it was sand! ruined the ball lock valve on my fermenter. TOTAL waste of money!

bloody great yeast
Put two packets of this into a wash about 160 liters and 50 Kilo of sugar, took about 4 days to ferment out to roughly 22%, troppeed in some dissolved campden tabs and bentonite and it cleared very quickly, compared to alcotec turbo yeast there is almost no comparison, more tolerent of temprature, cleaner ferment, much better taste.will biy again, LOTS!

a waste.
Should come with a hot weather warning, after following the instructions it appears that even while using a thermostaticly controlled heater the brew was too warm and the yeast died leaving me with syrup. Not happy.
