This is an excellent primer. I tested it with cream eyeshadow and powder eyeshadow on a hot day. I layered two colors and it lasted all day. My eye pencil under my eyes stayed put. It dries down fast, easy to apply on your eyelids and under your eye. It’s not sticky at all and blends nicely. A little goes a long way. I would compare this to Fenty Beauty’s eyeshadow primer which is $22.00. No eye irritation whatsoever. Would highly recommend!

It’s great, feels nice, holds my makeup all day and it’s a great price. Can’t go wrong.

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but makeup is more difficult to apply after I put this on.

Not impressed with this. No product inside and little there is its dry

I bought this directly from a cvs. Product isn't dry, and doesn't exactly dry down to that perfect dryness you get with nars or the bare minerals primer (RIP). it stays a little sticky - this is fine, if you know how to work with it. I just put a little bit of setting power over it, and then I can blend to my heart's content. Given how cheap it is, I LOVE it. even on sweaty work days, this holds up. It claims to be good for glitter - I think you still need a glitter glue like pixie epoxy.
