As sound engineer, one of the annoyances of working outside of your studio is needing to carry lots of little connectors, cables and accessories to ensure you always have the right thing when the need arises. Typically I've just carried a bag or box with them all stuffed in randomly, but that's a nightmare when you quickly need to locate the correct item, and invariably also leads to things getting lost or broken. With this Groovebag I can keep them all organised into separate areas, meaning it's super quick to find the one I need.I can imagine this would also work well for other jobs or hobbies that have lots of fiddly little things to keep track of, such as fishing, photography, hiking or electronics.In fact,I actually have bought two, so I can keep one as my hiking first aid kit, and another for my audio work.The bag is very nicely made with a hard shell case which keeps things protected, and durable see-through sleeves inside. I'm sure it would take a beating and still stay strong.

Compact and Suitable for carrying medications for a few days

My handbag is always a mess of bits and bobs, random medicine blister packs (I suffer with hayfever and headaches especially), eyeglass cleaning wipes etc and I've been looking for something compact and stylish to organise it all. Amazon has a lot of generic (and repetitive) looking stuff so I was very pleased to come across this product as it seemed to fit my requirements perfectly. Anyhow, when it arrived I was super happy to find the quality was top notch. The little sleeves inside are really durable and have a nice 'velvet' feel texture. It's also a very cute touch to include an insert section on the top of each sleeve to put a bit of labelling paper inside. I don't use it exclusively as a medicine bag so atm it's a mixture of everything but this is an even better result as it just allows me to just consolidate all the loose, small things in one place. Definitely worth a buy if you're the kind of person that likes to organise things and also wants a product that compliments your style.

Once you fill just one strip in the plastic pockets it does not close. Only suitable for half of the capacity at a time

I took my Groovebag to Thailand and used it to store all my tablets. I also used it to store plasters, wipes and other first aid items which reduced the number of boxes and bags I had to take with me. A lifesaver!Excellent quality materials too.

There are plenty of plastic pockets but, unless medication is removed from blister packs (not the best of ideas), most of them are useless. Antacids and painkillers, for example are bulky and overwhelmed the volume of the hard case. It’s unlikely I’ll use this in my travels unless it’s packed within a larger bag.

If you fill each of the separate compartments with tablets (paracetomol, allergy relief, travel calm, etc), you cannot possibly zip the little container closed. You can fill maybe 4 of the 10 compartments. And that is if you use solid tablets. Capsules would burst with the pressure. So, a good concept, but not really practical.

Great product ideal for organising and travelling with multiple medications.
