It works very well if the sun is out. If the sun goes away or it is a cloudy day it will not work. It is very nice other than that and it has lights that come on at night.

Mine does fun in direct sunlight, but in overcast nothing… ok that’s fine i suppose, but come darkness it lights up and works again..It makes no sense that it can work in direct sun and then that same night in pitch black but not overcast, when there was no direct sun the entire day … I had one before that I was replacing with this one… it worked all day no matter the weather and most of overnight… do not buy… u will be disappointedAnd with amazon, it’s not even worth the hassle of trying to get a refund.

This is in my bird bath. Very hot summer if windy keep an eye on the water level. It works just fine. The quirks people talk about . Before you buy. If you want it to run all day long then get a solar fountain that doesn’t light at night. You must expect it to run out of solar juice it’s holding back to give you the light show later. I’m sure no lights will be the one you will prefer. But if you can accept a little pause now and again to get that extra Sun charge you’ll love it.

Great product

Took several days to do initial charge.Only ~6 inches across. Sprays only 4 inches up.In a breeze, it floats to edge of container and wind blows water out of bath.You will find the bath empty with unit sitting on bottom.Pretty ,but too small for birds to find.

This was bought on July 24/23It has quit working! Loved it while it worked but did not last!

The fountain isn't working. I am not happy with this product at all.

I purchased this fountain early in April tested it and it worked. Packed it back up because my fountain was not complete. Finally I got it back out and set it in the sun for 2 days and NOTHING. Of course my 30 day window has passed. Don't buy this one. Just throwing your money away!
