Where are these made?

My 1st order was a nice quality. So, I ordered another. The 2nd pair did not have the inside pocket. the waist band was not stitched. The quality of the fabric was terrible. The seller's reply: "because there is no problem with our products' quality. you can send it back to us, you have to pay for the shipping fee by yourself, then we will give you a full refund. " Also, the listing says free returns, He said nothing about unstitched waist, terrible fabric or the missing pocket.

Do these ride up or roll up on the legs?

I have the longer ones and they do not ride up nor roll up.

Would a small handgun, such as a .380, fit instead of concealing in my purse since I like to wear these under shorter summer dresses?

You could certainly use the side pockets to conceal carry a small pistol. My Glock 17 (9mm) would be way too bulky under a skirt, but I don’t normally conceal carry. I’d say yes these would work for this.

Is the white see through?

My mom has the white ones and she said they’re no see through and they don’t ride up either
