Ashwagandha Gummies

I recently started taking Himalaya Organic Ashwagandha, and I’m genuinely impressed with how much it has helped me. Within the first week, I noticed that I was falling asleep more easily and waking up feeling more rested. My mind feels clearer during the day, and I’m able to stay focused on tasks without constantly getting distracted. One of the biggest changes for me has been how much calmer I feel. I wouldn’t say it magically fixed everything overnight, but I definitely feel a lot less anxious and more balanced overall. It’s like my stress responses have finally dialed down. The capsules are easy to take, the ingredients are clean, and I love that the product is organic. I'm not sure if it's middle age or more significant stress, but the last few years I have really had difficulty sleeping. I've tried all manner of things including exercise, eating healthy, prescribed meds specifically for sleep (which I did not like at all), yoga before bed, a white noise machine, melatonin, some weird hemp pills my brother gave me to try, even a CPAP machine...all kinds of stuff. None of it has worked, and some of it has given me crazy dreams and left me really groggy and out of it the next day. Not fun at all! For the last several months I have been taking the Himalaya Organic Ashwagandha. I had been looking for something more natural and have talked to many people who suggested ashwagandha. I first tried a powder form from a different company, which wasn't super fun to take. Then I found Himalaya Organic Ashwagandha, which is in pill form, and it has helped quite a bit. I now have it on Subscribe and Save. I sleep much better, don't have strange dreams, and I don't feel drugged when I wake up. I have more energy than I've had in a while, which I don't necessarily attribute to the herb itself, but to the fact that I get better sleep. Ashwagandha is known to help relieve stress and I do feel slightly less edgy when I take it regularly. So, I've been trying to take it nightly now. I don't have any weird side effects or stomach issues with these pills, but they're a tad difficult to swallow. I don't know how to describe them...they're just the herb smashed into pill-form. They're not in a gel cap or anything, and they're dry. I break the pill in half (it's easy to do) and swallow each half separately, which makes it a lot easier. It just tastes like dried herbs or grass, nothing gross. I will happily taste grass to feel better overall.

I have used this product for several months now. I love that the caplet dissolves very quickly. It is gentle on an empty stomach and starts working quickly. As a registered dietitian, I strongly believe that Ashwagandha is a great product to help the body manage its stress response better. We can all use that! Ashwagandha has been used effectively for hundreds, if not thousands of years. Now that is the definition of "safe and effective"! I appreciate the Himalaya Company's dedication to high quality products!

Good quality. I haven't felt any change, but in general it seems like good ingredients. The taste is not good but it is not strong and it does not leave a bad taste or smell after swallowing it.

I have been hit hard with the hot flash perimenopausal bug, and heard about using anshwagandha and black cohosh together to help with hot flashes. I asked my doctor about them and she scoffed and made a reference to them being like placebo pills and then proceeded to want to offer to prescribe to me something over the counter. I instead decided to try these “placebos” first, as no one in the medical industry really seems to know how to handle women and their hormonal evolutions without throwing drugs at it, and so I bought both this and the black cohosh. Let me just say that it works, at least for me, it works really really really well. It’s been a game changer. Now it doesn’t make them go away all together, I will still get some from time to time, but the amount and the intensity are extremely curbed since taking these. I also notice when I miss taking them during a day. I’m definitely a believer after experiencing improvement. Would recommend.
