This product is Junk
Absolute pick of junk. I had the unit installed and received an error code as soon as the unit had power. It has not worked since coming out of the box and Napoleon will not address the issue or stand behind their product. I bought this unit for 1,600 and I might as well have flushed the 1600 down the toilet, really no difference. I will be ripping this unit out and putting it where it belongs in the county landfill. I caution your to purchase this garbage, do so having been warned.
