Good games

Sonic Origins Plus is a fantastic package for both longtime fans and newcomers to the series. It includes the iconic Sonic games from the Genesis era, fully remastered with smooth performance and crisp visuals. The addition of playable Amy, Knuckles in Sonic CD, and all 12 Game Gear titles adds a lot of value, making this the most complete collection yet. The menus are easy to navigate, and there are plenty of extras for those who love Sonic history. While some players may wish for even more bonus content or tweaks, this is still the best way to enjoy these classics on modern consoles.

Sonic was the first game I remember playing from my childhood on the Sega systems, so I was happy to see a collection of all the classic sonic games I remember playing all remastered in 16:9 but also able to play at the original ratio. The additional modes are also fun as it gives you more options to play from.The only issue is that the 12 game gear games are not on the cart and you need to use the code in the game box to download them along with a playable character (amy), I was hoping for all games to be access on the cart and not some through download code.Still this is a great collection and its good playing them again, considering how much people want for the original sega carts for most of them.

The other odd thing is i think it would of been better to add some of the master system verions of sonic instead of the gamegear as these are inferior to the MS version. some of the gamegear version have much smaller screens so you cant see as much and seconfly some of the game gear games are prone to slowdowns

great fast delivery

This is a collection of the first 3 sonic the hedgehog games. You can play the classic mode (like the genesis) or an anniversary version where the graphics are a bit cleaner. They are not updated though so it doesn’t look like a new game, it still looks like classic sonic.If you want to play original games this is the easiest way.The selling point here is that you can download 16 game gear versions of Sonic. This is great and the first time I have ever seen many of these games as I think they were Japanese exclusives.I would definitely recommend this game, but be aware that if you already have the original sonic games then you are spending £35 on game gear games, so it might not be what you are looking for.

The Plus content (Playable Amy, Knuckles in Sonic CD, 12 Game Gear Games) isn't on the cart, or a free title update: It's a single use DLC Code, meaning you need a Nintendo Switch Online Account and Internet access to activate it: This makes it harder to use with second switches, and ties the Plus Pack to the eShop End of Service Date: Very disappointing for a game they had 12 months to complete the cartridge version for.Games themselves are perfectly serviceable (Super fans will have a few nitpicks), but I expect the "Definitive way to play" to actually be complete.

Fantastic game brings back memories fron a child .excellent service. Fantastic value for money.
