Q: Im a size 8 is it true to size?

No, its not. I wear size 8.5 and I ordered 8 based on the reviews that it runs big. Size 8 its still large for me I wish they had a 7.5 but does not come in half sizes. I think if you order a full size down it will work.

Q: Is there any Arch Support?

Not really... I have a high arch & they are still comfortable

Q: My Obtaoms did not come with a shoebox, are they supposed to have one?

I don't think so. Mine arrived in a bag as well. There wasn't any issue with the shoes at all.

Q: Can you tie them or they just slip ones?

They are just slip on, but you can pull the laces and they tighten just a little. Super comfortable shoe though, I really like mine.
