I bought this as an ingredient in a tea blend I'd found from Australia. Passion Flower should be taken with some caution. It's a mild sedative, so really helps to go to sleep, but shouldn't be taken with certain medications, nor while pregnant.

I really should have read the reviews before buying this tea. There's so many twigs and stems I can't even measure properly and need to break up the woody pieces to get it to fit into my infuser or filter bags. The taste is good, but it's very annoying to have to pick out the sticks to get enough leaves to brew a good cup. definitely won't buy this brand again.

Do the bage I got wasn’t just passionflower leaf it was steams as well so in other words it wasn’t sifted. It was most likely my fault for not reading the details thoroughly. But it still does what I need it to do I just had to put it in my bullet blender and sift it before use.

The leaves and flowers of the passiflora plant are what provide the calming, sedative effects this plant is used for. However, I was very disappointed when I opened this bag to discover that at least half the weight and volume of this brand is stems and large sticks unsuitable for tea. These large pieces break teabags and make for an inferior tea. Because I have to sift these pieces out while blending my tea, this product is labor-intensive and is NOT a good value. Paying for filler is a bad business choice and a bad deal.

It tastes great but half the bag was sticks. not just twigs but inch around, too big for a teabag sticks. Did someone rake their lawn into a bag here? I'll be getting my tea elsewhere next time.

I won't buy stems again. I have found a better seller at a better price. Probably not 100% flower, but I don't have to grind.
